00:00:35:08 I think of rather unpleasant experience for the torturee.

00:00:46:11 too much of the pain side of things.

00:02:46:11 and this is very controversial.

00:02:50:22 some people call it an advanced interrogation technique.
00:02:54:06 It's not really clear whether it's torture or not.
00:02:58:09 And this is some interesting territory,
00:03:00:08 because I think we get into a really slippery definition
00:03:03:05 when we talk about Water Boarding.
