00:00:00:20 Hi! I am Jim Dupree
00:00:01:28 and you know the other day somebody came up to me
00:00:03:13 and they said, I really love your show
00:00:05:05 but I am a little conflicted,
00:00:06:25 you know everybody on your program has such nice clothes
00:00:09:10 and I feel like a schmuck when I was wash it, my bath robe.
00:00:12:29 He said, what should I wear when I am watching your program?
00:00:16:04 Should I wear a Tuxedo? I said, no.
00:00:18:18 Should I a wear a Suit? I said, no.
00:00:20:18 He said, well what should I wear
00:00:21:28 when I am watching HoTTT TopiXXX?
00:00:23:19 I said, you can wear whatever you want
00:00:25:07 but make sure it's made of asbestos, because this is
00:00:29:08 HoTTT TopiXXX.
00:00:32:16 [Music]
00:00:46:15 Yes, this is HoTTT TopiXXX.
00:00:49:24 I am Jim Dupree
00:00:51:01 and this is where the biggest brains in the world
00:00:53:12 come to duke it out using nothing
00:00:55:08 but their bare neocortexes.
00:00:58:08 In our panel today, well, we have got a pretty bright bunch.
00:01:01:13 First-off, we have Ally Miller, it says here,
00:01:04:19 you are a Bone Density Researcher.
00:01:07:19 -Correct. -Sounds very technical.
00:01:09:13 I am.
00:01:10:19 Kind of bringing out some of those technical arguments
00:01:12:00 on the program today?
00:01:13:01 Absolutely.
00:01:14:04 Looking forward to it, are you ready to get hot?
00:01:16:09 Yeah, I feel it.
00:01:18:19 Alright moving on, we have Cloust.
00:01:21:29 It says here, you are an Uncle, Father, family man if you will.
00:01:26:04 Yes.
00:01:27:22 It's nice to have you on the program.
00:01:28:22 Thanks.
00:01:29:22 Looking forward to debating with you.
00:01:31:27 Are you ready to get hot?
00:01:34:16 Hot and hottest.
00:01:37:11 Excellent.
00:01:38:21 And rounding out the panel we have international journalist
00:01:43:28 Bite TV's own Rob Scott, welcome to the program.
00:01:47:08 Hey! Diddly Jim.
00:01:48:19 Hey! Diddly to you.
00:01:50:05 Same question, are you ready to get hot?
00:01:53:21 Do fireflies love hummus?
00:01:55:14 No. Well, let's get to it.
00:01:57:19 Our first topic, the four seasons
00:02:00:15 and no I am not talking about
00:02:01:28 Frankie Valli and his revolutionary pop music band,
00:02:04:22 I am not talking about Vivaldi,
00:02:06:18 I am talking about spring, summer, fall
00:02:09:02 and my least favorite season monsoon.
00:02:12:08 We have four seasons right now
00:02:14:24 but some experts are calling for additional seasons up to six.
00:02:19:02 So, the question is, should we have more seasons
00:02:23:01 or are we alright with what we have?
00:02:25:19 Rob Scott we start with you.
00:02:27:01 I think we are looking at this the wrong way Jim.
00:02:28:13 Already right now we have got two hemispheres that are
00:02:30:29 concurrently running with different seasons all the time.
00:02:33:23 So, why divide it by hemisphere, let's divide it by
00:02:36:13 developing countries and industrial countries.
00:02:38:10 Developing countries are also know as
00:02:39:28 providers of slave labor.
00:02:41:15 So there, one season, you need to have one set of clothing,
00:02:45:03 because you know they don't have to worry about money.
00:02:47:03 Us, let's multiply that up to 12,
00:02:49:08 think about the fashion industry.
00:02:50:28 12 seasons.
00:02:52:03 12 seasons.
00:02:53:10 So you run into a bit of a problem
00:02:55:01 and I want to get Cloust's opinion on this.
00:02:57:16 If we were to add additional seasons,
00:03:00:20 what would we call them right?
00:03:03:03 You would run into this strange thing,
00:03:05:08 you know, if you choose a meal analogy,
00:03:08:04 it's the brunch, it's the lupper, it's the [inaudible]
00:03:12:19 of sort of international relations.
00:03:15:21 What are we doing here with the seasons?
00:03:18:26 I think keep the four seasons the way that is right now
00:03:22:28 because it's working well, they have got a good thing going.
00:03:25:22 But also add three more seasons.
00:03:28:13 Okay, the first one, right after the harvest, when it's autumn,
00:03:33:09 and when you have the harvest, you bring in foods, vegetables
00:03:36:23 and also you can make wonderful things to eat and dance and
00:03:40:08 listen to music and that season will be called dessert time.
00:03:46:00 And then the second one which can happen
00:03:47:23 just before the spring time that happens and it will be
00:03:51:08 a rampant season of loving and fornication and reproduction
00:03:57:25 and so people will just over a long weekend
00:04:01:07 have lot of sex with one another
00:04:03:29 and for those that are left on the sidelines,
00:04:05:16 tend to prostitutes, the men and the ladies,
00:04:08:24 they will provide services
00:04:11:11 and we call that season, call it, boner time.
00:04:15:18 And then the last one,
00:04:17:03 I would say, have it in the middle of the winter
00:04:19:03 when people get to [inaudible] and to boost moral,
00:04:22:29 you would have an overindulgence of alcohol and [inaudible]
00:04:30:10 Also booze and drugs and gin and hashish
00:04:34:08 and you call that season [inaudible]
00:04:37:27 Excellent but very controversial points here.
00:04:41:03 I want to propose something.
00:04:44:03 Instead of perhaps adding or subtracting seasons,
00:04:48:10 some have suggested that we should just rejig the calender.
00:04:52:14 So certain seasons are longer, the good ones are longer,
00:04:55:01 the bad ones are shorter.
00:04:57:08 And the way you would do that is you would decide
00:04:59:13 which activities you prefer
00:05:02:14 and just have more of those in the right seasons.
00:05:05:13 So, Ally, what are some of the activities that you would want
00:05:08:03 to have more of, so that you could perhaps
00:05:10:14 extend your favorite winter time.
00:05:15:15 Well...
00:05:17:18 Do you love skiing?
00:05:18:29 Well, I love skiing, I love snow shoring.
00:05:20:24 But I like to have some boner and some winter.
00:05:24:18 A lady boner.
00:05:26:21 Well, I would like to do a little bit of the harvesting
00:05:29:14 and the deserting and the bonering and all of that
00:05:32:08 more in the winter season, so we will just tack on.
00:05:35:23 Would that help you in your research as
00:05:37:23 a Bone Density Researcher?
00:05:39:21 Oh! Absolutely.
00:05:41:07 So, it's a professional ambition.
00:05:42:25 It's yeah, professional but personal I think,
00:05:45:13 it's important to make sure we work and play together.
00:05:48:17 One of the really interesting questions that comes up.
00:05:50:28 I mean, we are very human centric
00:05:53:02 and Rob Scott I want to go to you for this.
00:05:54:24 Is the animal population, we don't necessarily consider them
00:05:58:13 when we think about maybe playing with the seasons.
00:06:00:08 How would wreaking havoc with mother nature affect
00:06:03:16 the animals of the world?
00:06:05:21 The lizards, the mammoths, the [inaudible]?
00:06:09:17 I think it's going to be help. I mean, look at bears,
00:06:10:28 they are lazy... most of the animals
00:06:13:10 and just if we take winter and make it shorter
00:06:16:22 bear is going to be productive.
00:06:18:22 And I think that means that fish will be less offensive
00:06:21:24 because they have been attacking our dams for millenniums.
00:06:24:05 Is it fair that there are places on this world
00:06:26:29 that don't have seasons,
00:06:28:16 I am thinking of place like Antarctica or Alberta.
00:06:31:15 Would the penguins benefit from having say a summer,
00:06:36:29 what do you think about that Cloust?
00:06:38:17 I think they need a break.
00:06:41:00 They have been going on for I don't many years with
00:06:44:28 the same harsh elements against their black and white backs
00:06:50:22 to covering the eggs with a tiny little [inaudible].
00:06:55:14 They need a break.
00:06:56:19 So, I say, if you can afford it, let's get to world,
00:07:00:10 community to pony up and help these penguins,
00:07:04:08 bring them to Florida for a couple of weeks.
00:07:07:17 Alright, quickly down the panel.
00:07:08:24 If we have to get rid of one season, money is tight,
00:07:11:22 we have to eliminate one season, which do we eliminate? Ally?
00:07:14:24 -Spring. -Spring?
00:07:15:28 Cloust?
00:07:17:13 Easter.
00:07:18:18 -Rob Scott? -Summer.
00:07:20:08 Alright, we are going to have to leave it there but coming up.
00:07:22:19 We are talking about sheltered kids
00:07:25:10 and their over protective parents.
00:07:27:27 Stick around.
00:07:29:08 [Music]
