It seems like anyone in the celebrity world is facing break-ups and divorces like it's going out of style. I could sit here and list them all, but I really don't think you have the time to go through the elongated list so I'll spare you.

The latest musician to have his celebrity marriage ended is Kid Rock. He and now ex-wife Pamela Anderson each filed for divorce this week ending their lengthy four month marriage. No, wait...actually, they got married in late July so it was LESS than four months.



I'm not certain that this should come as a surprise to anyone considering that the two got engaged back in 2002. The time between then and the marriage hasn't exactly been smooth sailing. They broke up in 2003 only to get back together. No clear reasons have been given except that they have experienced the oft-heard "irreconcilable differences". Rumours of Anderson's miscarriage had been confirmed in early November but it's not known if that had any effect on the marriage.

So, what's Kid Rock (aka Robert Ritchie) to do now? Maybe he can get back to recording hillbilly rap-rock music seeing as the last album he released, February's "Live Trucker" barely made a blip on the radar. Because the world is in need of some more American Bad Ass.
